• Coordination of the product (business department) and system tests (service & IT departments) within the scope of the project acceptance phase

• Conception of test cases for function-based & process-oriented testing, i.e. functional test according to specified technical fine concepts (requirements documents) and across different business transactions along the end-to-end (E2E) business processes
• Advising customers on test organization and methodology, ensuring documentation and implementation of customer test requirements
• Documentation of test cases for the implementers (e.g. software developers, SAP customizers, middleware specialists) and acceptance testers of the departments involved (e.g. sales, technical sales support, pricing, order entry / management, purchasing / international procurement, field service / global service, accounting / billing / invoicing)

• Creation and execution of performance & load tests based on non-functional requirements (NFR specifications) using specific test scenarios

Operations

• Coaching of the test teams and support of the business during the technical acceptance tests (campus mode lasting several weeks)
• Planning and resource control of the test team: allocation of test cases & test steps to the individual testers on the basis of the defined acceptance tests, introduction to the test environment
• Setup and implementation of a change request (CR) procedure with management coordination (project owner, project steering committee, program management)
• Monitoring & reporting of the current project progress by recording & analysis of the daily test status, reports of test planning and test results to project management, steering committee (program management)
