IP Produkt-Portfolio
Die TF Consulting hat im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung der neuen Geschäftseinheiten von T-Systems die Entwicklung und Implementierung des neuen IP-Produktportfolios, sowie der Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Systeme erfolgreich unterstützt. Wesentliche Ergebnisse in den Projekten „Modulare-Order-Kette“ und „PLM & Product Configurator“ wurden hierbei erarbeitet.
Requirements & Projekt Management Prozesse
Im Rahmen des Projekts haben wir angepasste Anforderungs- und Projektmanagement-Prozesse konzipiert. Durch einen integrierten Ansatz wurde diese unternehmensspezifische Vorgehensweise erfolgreich operationalisiert. So konnten die neu zu entwickelnden IT-Applikationen bestehend aus
- Produkt-Designer,
- Produkt-Datenbank und
- Produkt-Konfigurator,
sowie die darin abzubildenden Produktbestandteile modellbasiert entwickelt und systematisch umgesetzt werden.
Time-to-Market
Durch Minimierung von Änderungsaufwänden wurden die Entwicklungskosten in erheblichem Umfang reduziert. Die Abstimmung und transparente Nachverfolgung der Spezifikationen mit den T-Systems internen Kunden, sowie den beteiligten Leistungserbringern erfolgte in einem wesentlich verkürzten Zeitraum, so dass „Time-to-Market“ und die Qualität im PLM-Prozess erheblich verbessert werden konnten.

IP product portfolio
TF Consulting successfully supported the development and implementation of the new IP product portfolio, as well as business processes and IT systems, as part of the realignment of T-Systems’ new business units. Key results in the projects “Modular Order Chain” and “PLM & Product Configurator” were achieved.
Requirements & Project Management Processes
As part of the project, we designed tailored requirements and project management processes. Through an integrated approach, this company-specific approach was successfully operationalized. Thus, the new IT applications to be developed, consisting of
- Product Designer,
- product database and
- product configurator,
as well as the product components to be mapped in them, were developed on a model basis and systematically implemented.
Time-to-market
Development costs were significantly reduced by minimizing change efforts. The coordination and transparent tracking of specifications with T-Systems’ internal customers, as well as the service providers involved, took place in a significantly shorter period of time, so that “time-to-market” and the quality in the PLM process could be improved considerably.
