“Der Kurs IV der DPG-Schule für Physik fand vom 24. bis zum 28.09.1989 im Physikzentrum Bad Honnef statt und hatte die ,Physik in der Mikroelektronik´ zum Gegenstand. Ziel der Veranstaltung war es, das breite Spektrum zwischen Grundlagenforschung und industrieller Fertigung aus dem Blickwinkel der Physik darzustellen, denn gerade in diesem Bereich ist die Zusammenarbeit von Forschung und Anwendung von grundlegender Bedeutung.” ~ Phys. “Course IV of the DPG School of Physics was held at the Bad Honnef Physics Center from Sept. 24 to 28, 1989, and focused on ‘Physics in Microelectronics‘. The aim of the event was to present the broad spectrum between basic research and industrial production from the point of view of physics, because especially in this field the cooperation of research and application is of fundamental importance.” ~ Phys.
