Mitgliederversammlung
Die bundesweite Python Community fand sich mit etwa 120 Teilnehmern/innen vom 29. bis 30. November im Geomatikum der Universität Hamburg ein, um interessante Keynotes, Sessions und Lightning Talks im Rahmen der Python Unconference interaktiv zu erleben.
Der Python Software Verband e.V. agierte als Kooperationspartner und nutzte die Gelegenheit seine ordentliche Mitgliederversammlung abzuhalten. Neben den zahlreichen Tagesordnungspunkten stand auch die turnusmäßige Vorstandswahl an.
Vorstandswahl
Die bisherigen Vorstandsmitglieder
- Dr.-Ing. Mike Müller (Python Academy): 1. Vorsitzender
- und Reimar Bauer (pyCologne): 2. Vorsitzender
wurden in Ihren Ämtern erneut bestätigt. Als neues Vorstandsmitglied wurde
- Dr.rer.nat. Thomas Fabula (TF Consulting)
einstimmig durch die Mitgliederversammlung in den PySV-Vorstand gewählt.
“Seitens TF Consulting freuen wir uns den Python Software Verband ehrenamtlich zu unterstützen und bei der weiteren Verbreitung von Python, sowie der Stärkung der Python Community mit beitragen zu dürfen. Insbesondere möchten wir mit der Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen bei den Themen Coding4kids und der MINT-Ausbildung Akzente setzen.” ~ Dr. Thomas Fabula

General Meeting
The nationwide Python community gathered with about 120 participants at the Geomatikum of the University of Hamburg from November 29 to 30 to experience interesting keynotes, sessions and lightning talks in an interactive way during the Python Unconference.
The Python Software Verband e.V. acted as cooperation partner and used the opportunity to hold its regular general meeting. In addition to the numerous items on the agenda, the regular election of the board was also on the agenda.
Election of the Board of Directors
The current board members
- Dr.-Ing. Mike Müller (Python Academy): 1. chairman
- and Reimar Bauer (pyCologne): 2. chairman
were confirmed in their offices again. As a new board member Dr.rer.nat. Thomas Fabula (TF Consulting) was unanimously elected by the general meeting to the PySV board.
“We at TF Consulting are happy to support the Python Software Association on a voluntary basis and to contribute to the further spread of Python and the strengthening of the Python community.
In particular, we would like to set accents with the promotion of children and young people in the topics of Coding4kids and STEM education.” ~ Dr. Thomas Fabula
