Programmier-Wettbewerb
“Python bewegt die Welt: Attraktives Programmieren für junge Leute. Unter diesem Motto richten wir einen Wettbewerb für Schüler/innen im deutschsprachigen Raum aus. Während der Konferenz findet die Ehrung der diesjährigen Preisträger des pymove3D-Schülerwettbewerb statt.”

PySV-Versammlung
Am Donnerstagabend den 17. Oktober fand die Mitgliederversammlung (MV) des Python Software Verbandes statt. Thomas Fabula stellt sich als Wahlleiter zur Verfügung. Zum Abschluss der MV bekundeten folgende Mitglieder ihre Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit als Referenten im PySV-Verband: Aroldo Souza-Leite, Oliver Bestwalter und Thomas Fabula. Im Anschluss erklärte sich der Vorstand bereit mit diesen Personen weitere konkrete Absprachen bzgl. wahrzunehmender Aufgaben innerhalb der Referate zu treffen.
Python Barcamp
Im Anschluss an die eigentliche Python Konferenz wurde am Freitag den 18. Oktober das Barcamp mit Sprints eröffnet, das bis zum 19. Oktober dauerte. Die Teilnahme war kostenlos. Für weitere Infos bitte Twitter unter #pyconDE folgen.

Programming competition
“Python moves the world: Attractive programming for young people. Under this motto, we are organizing a competition for students in German-speaking countries. During the conference, the honoring of this year’s winners of the pymove3D student competition will take place.”

PySV meeting
On Thursday evening, October 17, the general meeting (GM) of the Python Software Association took place. Thomas Fabula volunteered to be the election chair. At the end of the GM, the following members expressed their willingness to serve as speakers in the PySV Association: Aroldo Souza-Leite, Oliver Bestwalter, and Thomas Fabula. Subsequently, the board agreed to make further concrete arrangements with these persons regarding the tasks to be performed within the units.
Python Barcamp
Following the Python conference proper, the Barcamp with Sprints opened on Friday, October 18, and lasted until October 19. Participation was free of charge. For more info please follow Twitter at #pyconDE.
