Fundamentals of Leadership Part 1

“The course deals with the different definitions of leadership as well as leadership theories and introduces instruments and techniques of personnel management at Deutsche Telekom AG.

In a behavioural training, the participant acquired competences for effective discussion with employees and had the opportunity to reflect on his or her own leadership behaviour.”
