Dual Expertise. As a graduate in physics and a PhD. in microsystems engineering (MEMS), Dr. Fabula has extensive experience in business and corporate management – he understands both a balance sheet and a system architecture diagram.
Pattern Recognition. Having led projects in the automotive, defence, telecommunications, and cloud / ICT sectors, he applies best practices across sectors rather than relying on an industry-specific approach.
Proven under pressure. As a former successful competitive athlete – a member of the national taekwondo team (European champion, Vice-worldchampion) and a mentor of Olympians & Olympic Coaches (2000, 2012, and 2016), he brings a competitive, performance-driven mindset to guiding teams through uncertain situations and tight schedules – and has a proven track record of success in developing and mentoring top talent, both on the mat and in the corporate world.
Independence and loyalty. He acts in a values-driven, responsible, and straightforward manner – and is equally comfortable advising owners and shareholders as he is leading project teams with a hands-on approach.
