Interdisciplinary Competencies
The TF Consulting personnel used for project work have several years of experience in implementing ICT projects at T-Systems in various domains, in particular also complex large projects, and is well-acquainted with the possible technical and planning risks. Through practical experience, methods and approaches were developed, which can be used for efficiently implementing the described performances.
Suitable procedures for automatic extraction of information and the use of metrics for verification and validation are important. This is what clearly distinguishes our processes from the usual, manual approach.
Thanks to the successful cooperation with the IntraSelect team, our personnel have profound and practice-oriented experience, which led to the sales release and live operation of the IntraSelect products, i.e.
- Fixed Connect
- Remote Connect
and the
- Managed Voice Services (MVS) and
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
as well as the IT releases in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Furthermore, the members of the team worked out and described the system and process chains that are to be newly implemented for Fixed Connect, Remote Connect and MVoIP – taking into consideration the new IT architecture in cooperation with the project teams.
We will gladly provide documentation of additional competencies and main focuses of our methods if required.
Responsibility as product mentors
IntraSelect program
- Supporting ongoing IT release (productive support) for IntraSelect
- Support for implementing and special tests of IT systems & processes
- Clarification of product-specific issues within the course of stabilizing processes and IT
- Support for project planning and defining of working packages and milestones
- Product contact person for the involved specialist areas and experts
- Drafting the necessary requirements documents for latest IT release
MVoIP project
- Analysis of solution approaches from IntraSelect Managed Voice Services (MVS) and previous Voice Productions to ascertain their technical suitability
- Evaluation of order chain IntraSelect MVS and deduction of recommendations for action
- Working out concepts for mapping MVoIP in the processes and IT systems
- Mapping the necessary materials in the IT systems of the process chain
- Drafting the relevant requirements documents for the IT release
- Supporting implementation phase, including commencement of live operation
- Maintenance of all relevant requirements documents from the point of view of PQIT
Content-related tasks
Implementing the IT release planning:
- Agreeing on details of PQIT specifications in close coordination with the client
- Continuous requirements management for the client M&P
- Implementation of business requirements in the systems and process chains
- Process and interface analysis within the framework of the process and IT architecture design
- Drafting PQIT specifications on schedule with regard to suppliers
- Measures for risk management (prioritizing and classifying)
- Supporting test planning and approval process
- Monitoring change requests (CR process)
Responsibility in project support
- Stabilizing and implementing project controlling for all projects of the IT release
- Drawing up budget planning and budget control
- Responsible support for general administrative tasks in the IT release
- Supporting project management in project monitoring, reports on order status
- Processing and maintaining project-relevant tasks in SAP R/3
- Support for controlling ordering of external resources
- Project controlling and monitoring project progress
- Drafting status and project reports, including project archiving
- Schedule coordination and monitoring
- Project plan monitoring and updating of project plans
- Order processing and auditing in SAP R/3
